Aluminium foil box mould Specification

A. One Aluminium foil box production line can produce 40~50pcs boxes/min. A whole production line include:

1.a automatic oil computer control length feeding machine;

2.one high-performance atmospheric pressure punching machine;

3.a high side or Full crimping general aluminium foil box mould;

4.a finished collection platform(with collection Edge material machine);

5.centre control and automatic production,workers only need to collect the production.

6.feeding material machine's width is 50~600mm. Feeding material system use computer contralled length. It can be randon adjusted  in 30mm~999mm.

According to customers' request, we can supply different machine style.

1.mould has a long life, quality stability reliable,reasonable design and high precision features.

2.accurate processing crafts and the cutting material,Molding,tensile and crimping of the aluminium containers can be finished once together.
